Cancellation policy

Cancellation of events must be made 5 business days prior to event. Please contact us if you will be cancelling within 5 days and you will be billed 50% of the estimated total.

If you cancel your event the day of you will be billed 100% of the estimated total.

In the event of late cancellation due to extreme inclement weather, we will do everything possible to keep costs billed to the customer to a minimum.
